Design of BlackView R3 Pro smartwatch?

Hi, I bought a Blackview Heart Rate Smart Watch Model R3 Pro for my friend, I bought this watch from Amazon in Canada. I just recently gave my friend his gift and it does not work properly. Everything works great with the exemption of the step counter, I can make 10 steps and the watch counts over 150. Is there anything I can do to repair this like a reset or something like that? The watch looks great and my friend loved it.
All advertisements indicate that the R3pro comes with Blood oxygen and body temp monitors. Mine does not have these?
