I’ve been trying to set up the watch for my father since Christmas, I’ve tried to adjust settings (such as setting time and date, and switching the measurement standard from Metric to American) but the manual didn’t have instructions on how to adjust the settings, I wasn’t able to do it on the watch because the setting app only took me to the watch’s MAC and Version numbers- and only had options to erase data or power off. I couldn’t even find any setup instructions nor troubleshooting guide (for specific product) online! The seller I bought the watch from has been unable to provide or know the information I need to try to get the watch working. I was wondering (since you are closer to the manufacture) if you may know more on what to do about adjusting the settings on watch- before I return the watch to the seller. I’d appreciate any help. Hi Cody, you have to scan the QR code that you will find in the user manual then it will send you to the play store or AppStore to install an application after that you have to connect the watch to your smartphone then the time will set automatically!
