I was wondering if you may give some advice on one of your watches I bought from a Walmart seller, the item name is- *MEBTG ECG PPG Blood Glucose Smart Watch Men Blood Pressure Heart Rate Body Temperature IP68 Waterproof Fitness Tracker Smartwatch Features Music, Body Energy Monitoring and More*.

I’ve been trying to set up the watch for my father since Christmas, I’ve tried to adjust settings (such as setting time and date, and switching the measurement standard from Metric to American) but the manual didn’t have instructions on how to adjust the settings, I wasn’t able to do it on the watch because the setting app only took me to the watch’s MAC and Version numbers- and only had options to erase data or power off. I couldn’t even find any setup instructions nor troubleshooting guide (for specific product) online! The seller I bought the watch from has been unable to provide or know the information I need to try to get the watch working. I was wondering (since you are closer to the manufacture) if you may know more on what to do about adjusting the settings on watch- before I return the watch to the seller. I’d appreciate any help. Just got my E-400 watch. Not much of an owner’s manual on set up or maintenance such as cleaning. Is there a place to see this information.

I bought two Geekran Smart Watches E400 several weeks ago. I wished to return them. I’ve written [email protected] 8 times and called their on-line number 6 times. They will not respond. Thus, if you want to return your watch, you may be out of luck based on my experience with this company.

Really like my E400 YOWOW Smartwatch, but today I’m traveling and can’t figure out how to change the time from PDT to Alaska time. I’m on a cruise ship in Airplane mode on my iPhone. I can manually change the iPhone time, but it doesn’t change the watch time, even when synced.
BTW to others, many of the settings in Hband are hidden behind the battery Icon under Mine. But not the time setting.

Ordered the watch. Took 3 weeks to receive it. The watch worked for about 10 days then the battery failed. Unable to contact the seller or the company. No phone number and the Email is not a return address. The watch is a loss

There is no way to change the time. Many others seem to be having the same complaint. Andy your customer support number is obviously a fake 1-800-123-4567 doesn’t work. It looks like I spent the money for a FAKE watch!! 🙁

How do you get support on the e400 I’ve had it less than a month and the screen died

My E400 smart watch will not connect with my smart phone. it will send a ring tone to the phone but the phone will not answer even though the HBand app is running. Also i realize that the watch is only a guide for things like blood sugar and blood pressure, etc; It consistently reads low on all measurements. it is really useless for that fact alone. i would like to find out how to return it, i’ve had it for about 3-4 weeks
