Amazfit has released a significant update to the Zepp App’s Food Log, making it easier and more efficient for users to track their dietary intake. A highly anticipated addition to the feature allows you to save and quickly access your most-eaten foods, a change that should greatly simplify the daily process of logging meals.
This popular food tracking tool, which first appeared in late 2024 as a beta, has been steadily rolling out worldwide since its initial launch in the United States. Following its release across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the feature is now also becoming available to users in the Asia-Pacific region.
How the New ‘Favorites’ Feature Works

The new functionality makes it simple to save your frequently consumed food items. When you’re logging a meal—whether you use text, voice input, or the AI camera—you’ll now see an option to ‘Add to Favourites’ at the bottom of the screen.
Once a food item is saved, you can easily manage your list of favorites. Simply navigate to the ‘Food’ tile on the app’s homepage, tap the settings icon in the top-right corner, and then select ‘My Favourites’.
When it’s time to log your next meal, a new option will be available on the Food page, allowing you to quickly select from your list of saved favorites. This streamlines the process, helping you record your meals in just a few taps.
App Availability
While this useful addition was not included in the official release notes for the latest update, its presence was confirmed by a user report on Facebook. We were able to confirm this functionality on Zepp App version 9.9.6 for iOS, but its availability for Android users has not yet been confirmed. You can download the latest version of the Zepp app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
