Huawei is getting ready for a busy second half of the year. After launching its new Supernova Watch X1 series in China, a fresh leak shows that the tech giant plans to release several new high-end smartwatches in the third quarter of 2026.

According to a well-known tipster on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, these upcoming devices will cover everything from luxury sports tracking to advanced health monitoring.

A Special Skiing Watch with Descente

The most unique rumor points to a partnership between Huawei and Descente, a famous Japanese sports apparel brand known for high-performance gear. The two companies are reportedly working on a luxury “ski watch” under Huawei’s premium Ultimate Design brand.

While official details are still secret, the watch will likely feature special tracking tools for skiers. It is expected to come with custom algorithms to measure skiing speed, run times, and downhill performance, alongside a design inspired by winter sports.

The Next Generation: Watch GT 7 and Watch 6

Huawei also plans to update its most popular wearable lines. Fans can expect the arrival of the Watch GT 7 series, which will include both a standard model and a more advanced Pro version. These models will bring upgraded features to replace the current GT 5 series.

Additionally, a new mainline Watch 6 is on the horizon. Last year’s model introduced the company’s “X-TAP” health-sensing technology, so industry watchers are eager to see how Huawei plans to improve its core health tracking this time around.

More Health Tech and Fresh Colors

For users focused heavily on medical tracking, Huawei is working on the Watch D3. The Watch D series is famous for having a built-in inflatable cuff to measure blood pressure directly from the wrist. The new D3 version promises even more advanced medical-grade sensors when it arrives later this year.

Finally, Huawei is not leaving its newest watches behind. The company is reportedly planning to launch a brand-new color option for the recently released Supernova X1 series to keep the lineup feeling fresh.

With sports, luxury, and health devices all landing in Q3, the next few months will be a major test for Huawei’s wearable division.
