Zepp Health is pivoting its approach for 2026, moving away from the budget-friendly market to establish Amazfit as a premium contender in the high-end fitness and recovery space. During a recent Q4 2025 earnings call, leadership outlined a roadmap that prioritizes sophisticated hardware and professional-grade recovery tools over mass-market volume.

A Shift Toward Premium Performance

The core of Amazfit’s 2026 vision is the elevation of the Average Selling Price (ASP). By phasing out emphasis on entry-level trackers and focusing on devices that support rigorous, structured training, the company is positioning itself to compete with top-tier athletic brands. This “premium-first” mindset is designed to attract serious athletes and fitness enthusiasts who value data-driven recovery as much as the workout itself.

Expanding the Rugged T-Rex Frontier

The “Adventure” category remains a cornerstone of the brand’s identity. Following the early 2026 launch of the titanium-clad T-Rex Ultra 2—which carries a flagship price tag of approximately $550—Zepp Health has confirmed that the T-Rex family will see several more additions before the year ends.

While specific names weren’t all confirmed in the call, digital footprints suggest that the long-awaited Falcon 2 and Cheetah Pro 2 are on the horizon. These devices are expected to bolster the “Pro” and “Ultra” segments, ensuring that the brand maintains its momentum in the rugged outdoor market.

The Next Era of the Helio Recovery Ecosystem

Beyond wrist-worn devices, the Helio ecosystem is set for a significant evolution. While the original Helio Strap faced some inventory hurdles in late 2025, Zepp Health is ramping up production to meet demand throughout 2026.

More importantly, a second-generation Helio device is currently in development. While details remain sparse, management hinted at a reveal in the latter half of 2026. However, those hoping for a new smart ring may have to wait; ongoing patent litigation with Oura appears to have stalled the development of a successor to the Helio Ring for the time being.

Anticipating Nine Key Releases

In total, consumers can expect roughly nine new product launches throughout the year. Rather than experimenting with entirely new product categories, the 2026 roadmap focuses on refining and perfecting existing lines. This includes:

  • The Active Series: Models like the Active Max and Active 3 Premium will bridge the gap between lifestyle aesthetics and professional training metrics.

  • Software Integration: A major push for Zepp OS updates, including enhanced capabilities for Zepp Coach and the BioCharge energy monitoring system.

Financial Success Fueling Innovation

This aggressive roadmap is backed by impressive financial growth. Zepp Health reported a 43% year-over-year revenue increase in the final quarter of 2025, bringing its annual total to $302 million.

The move toward high-margin, premium hardware has already paid off, with gross margins hitting a record 40.4%. By doubling down on the T-Rex and Helio lines, Amazfit is betting that its users are willing to pay more for specialized, high-quality gear that lasts.
