Amazfit has started sending out a fresh software update for the Amazfit Bip 6 smartwatch. The new software, known as firmware version 4.1.0.1, is quite small and takes up just 9.02MB of space.

Because of its small size, it should download and install onto your watch very quickly.

What is New in This Update?

If you are looking for flashy new features, you might be a little disappointed. This release is all about making the watch run more smoothly. According to the official change log, the update fixes a few known bugs and improves the overall stability of the system.

In short, it patches up behind-the-scenes glitches so your watch operates without freezing or lagging.

When Will You Get It?

Do not worry if you check your watch and do not see the update just yet. Amazfit is releasing this software in stages.

A few lucky users have already downloaded it, but everyone else will have to wait a couple of days. You can check your Zepp app over the coming week to see when it becomes available for your device.
