Amazfit rolls out Zepp Flow 2.2.0 with enhanced AI and new language support

Recent software updates are bringing a more intuitive AI experience to the wrists of Amazfit users. The latest rollout of Zepp Flow version 2.2.0 is officially hitting Amazfit Balance 2, introducing a suite of productivity tools and expanded language support designed to make the wearable experience more hands-free.

Enhanced Voice Integration for Fitness

The core of this update focuses on streamlining how users interact with their workout data. With version 2.2.0, Zepp Flow now supports multi-intent voice commands. This allows athletes to initiate a workout session while simultaneously setting a specific performance goal or a reminder, all within a single sentence.

Additionally, the update simplifies training by allowing users to locate and launch specific training templates via voice. For those who enjoy audio content while exercising, the assistant now features dedicated voice controls for podcast playback.

Advanced Health Tracking and Utility

Beyond fitness, the update deepens the integration with Amazfit’s BioCharge energy monitoring system. Users can now ask the assistant to retrieve and display their BioCharge history, making it easier to track recovery and energy trends over time.

The utility of the watch has also been expanded with the ability to create and manage multiple countdown timers simultaneously. This is a significant quality-of-life improvement for users who need to track various tasks or intervals at once.

Expanded Global Reach and Compatibility

In a move to cater to a broader international audience, Zepp Flow has officially added support for the Polish language. This allows Polish-speaking users to interact naturally with the AI assistant for all the aforementioned tasks.

To access these features, users must own the Amazfit Balance 2 and ensure their device is updated to software version 3.35.0.5. This firmware version is a prerequisite for the rollout of Zepp Flow 2.2.0. While the Balance 2 is the primary recipient of this update today, there is currently no confirmed timeline for when these AI enhancements will reach other models in the Amazfit lineup.
