Suunto is getting ready to launch a brand new fitness gadget, according to a recent report shared via WearableFans. The upcoming device, widely tracked under the development name HR264, has appeared in live photos that reveal its official retail name: the Suunto Flex Band. Unlike typical smartwatches with bright digital faces, this new wearable is completely screenless, putting it right in line with popular minimalist health bands like Whoop.
What the Leaked Photos Reveal

The newly leaked images give tech fans a clear look at the actual production hardware. On the back of the small sensor body, the words “SUUNTO FLEX BAND” are clearly printed next to the model code HR264.
The design features a compact rectangular sensor puck with loops on each end to hold wrist straps, looking very similar to modern minimalist trackers. It also includes an optical heart rate sensor on the bottom to monitor your body around the clock without any distractions from notifications or screen lights.
Expected Price and Q4 Launch Window
Industry reports point to a possible release before the end of the year, targeting the final quarter (Q4) of 2026. Regulatory filings have already popped up in multiple regions, including Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates, which means the hardware is moving quickly toward store shelves.
When it finally drops, the device is expected to cost around €179. This price point could make it a very interesting competitor in the growing market of screenless fitness and recovery bands.
