Amazfit Rolls Out Fresh Zepp Flow 2.3.1 Update for Rugged Watches: New features & Improvements

Amazfit is sending out a brand-new software update for its popular tough smartwatches. The update, known as Zepp Flow version 2.3.1, is officially landing on the T-Rex 3, T-Rex 3 Pro, and T-Rex Ultra 2.

This latest release brings a mix of new language options, smarter health tracking, and better workout features to the wrist.

New Languages and Better Weather Reports

Amazfit is making its watches more accessible to global users by adding support for two new languages: Thai and Czech.

On top of that, the watch’s smart assistant is getting better at checking the skies. The update fixes and improves weather responses, making the forecasts much more accurate, especially for users living in South Korea.

Deeper Tracking for Runners and Athletes

If you use your T-Rex watch for serious training, this update has a lot to offer.

  • Lactate Threshold Stats: Runners can now use their voice to check their lactate threshold heart rate and pace. You can also start a lactate threshold test directly through Zepp Flow to measure your peak performance.

  • Daily Energy Metrics: You can now instantly check your body’s daily strain levels. The system allows you to query your Fatigue Level (ATL), Fitness Level (CTL), and Training Status (TSB) to know exactly when to push hard or take a rest day.

Faster Ways to Start Workouts

Getting into your workout routine is now much faster. Users can ask Zepp Flow to open their Training Library and Training Calendar or quickly launch a customized Zepp Training plan.

Amazfit has also added quick start commands for two popular activities: Hybrid Training and Pickleball.

When Will You Get It?

Like most tech rollouts, Amazfit is releasing this update in phases. A few lucky users have already downloaded version 2.3.1 on their devices today. If you do not see it on your watch just yet, don’t worry—it should arrive on your screen over the next few days.
