Google has officially kicked off its first major wearable update of the year, bringing a suite of new capabilities to the Pixel Watch lineup. This March 2026 “Feature Drop” focuses heavily on streamlining daily interactions, improving emergency response, and tightening the security link between your watch and your smartphone.

Unlike previous versions where users had to manually navigate to the Google Wallet app, Express Pay utilizes advanced motion-sensing algorithms to detect an intentional “tap” gesture. The March update also addresses the common anxiety of losing or forgetting your devices. A new Find Hub app has been integrated directly into the watch interface, allowing you to track down lost items or tagged valuables without reaching for your phone.
