Amazfit has started sending out a new software update for its Helio Strap athletic band. The new version, labeled 3.22.0.1, brings a massive batch of fresh features and performance tweaks to the wearable device.
What is new in version 3.22.0.1?
- Added 51 new workout modes, including indoor workouts, ball workouts, dance, and
more. - Updated the VO2 Max algorithm.
- Fixed other issues and improved system stability.
The biggest highlight of this update is the addition of 51 new workout modes. Users can now track a much wider range of activities, covering everything from indoor fitness routines and ball sports to various dance styles.
Beyond extra sports tracking, Amazfit has upgraded the VO2 Max algorithm. This means the strap should now offer more precise measurements of how efficiently your body uses oxygen during hard workouts. The update also patches several minor bugs and makes the overall system run more smoothly.
When will you get the update?
Like most Amazfit software releases, this rollout is happening in stages. A small group of users has already picked up the new version on their devices. If you haven’t seen the update alert on your phone yet, don’t worry—it should reach all users over the next few days.
