Big Changes Coming to Suunto’s Next Smartwatch Lineup
The leak first surfaced when a Reddit user spotted brief details in Google search results linked to Suunto’s official website. Additional evidence found by tech site Gadgets and Wearables suggests that Suunto is preparing for an official launch later in 2026.
This update comes roughly a year after the Suunto Race 2 hit stores, showing that the company is sticking to a rapid development cycle for its high-performance sports watches.
Two Sizes, Two Very Different Screen Choices
Both new models will sport bright, colorful AMOLED displays, but Suunto is taking a surprisingly different design approach for each size:

Beyond physical hardware, Suunto is placing heavy focus on software features. The leak reveals a new, interactive Suunto AI Coach designed to give tailored athletic advice.
