A trusted source has already leaked the European prices of the Huawei Watch GT 6 and Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro. Now, new high-resolution images and leaked specifications have emerged, providing a detailed look at both smartwatches ahead of their official announcement.

Pricing and Availability

The Huawei Watch GT 6 and its Pro counterpart, which are the successors to the Huawei Watch GT 5 series, are set for an official reveal on September 19. According to a recent leak, the standard Huawei Watch GT 6 will be available in two sizes: a 41mm model and a 46mm model. The price is expected to start at €249.99, with more expensive variants featuring different straps priced at €269.99 or €299.99.

In contrast, the premium Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro will come in two versions. The stainless steel model is expected to cost €379.99, while the titanium-cased version will have a higher price tag of €509.99. These prices reflect the premium materials and features of the Pro model.

Design and Display Enhancements

Leaked product images from Winfuture show that the new watches maintain a similar design to their predecessors, but with a few notable upgrades. Both models will feature a subtly enlarged display, while keeping the distinctive octagonal bezel and a digital crown for navigation.

The smartwatches will feature an AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The 41mm Huawei Watch GT 6 has a 1.32-inch screen, while the larger 46mm model boasts a 1.47-inch display. These display sizes, while slightly larger, maintain the sharp resolution that users expect from a high-end Huawei smartwatch.

Enhanced Battery Life and Performance

One of the most significant improvements in the new Huawei Watch GT 6 series is the battery. Huawei has integrated larger silicon-carbon batteries to provide extended usage times. The 41mm model, equipped with a 540 mAh battery, is projected to last up to eight days on a single charge. The 46mm model, with its substantial 867 mAh battery, promises a remarkable 12-day battery life. In power-saving mode, these durations could extend even further, reaching 14 days and 21 days, respectively.

Innovative Features and Health Tracking

Beyond standard health and fitness features like an electrocardiogram (ECG) and sleep and cycle tracking, the Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro introduces a groundbreaking new capability. It’s rumored to be the world’s first smartwatch capable of simulating a power meter for cyclists. This innovative feature can estimate a cyclist’s power output in watts, providing valuable data for performance tracking without the need for an external sensor.

Both watches will also come equipped with a suite of connectivity and durability features, including dual-band GPS, NFC for contactless payments, Bluetooth 6.0, and a water-resistant casing rated for depths up to 50 meters.
